Driver side wiper arm is disconnected or broken.

I noticed when washing my car last week that my driver side wiper arm is lose at the rounded part that connects to the area underneath the windshield. It's still getting power because when in use it trys to move but barely does because of it being the way it is. I was wondering if anybody knows whats up or have gone through this before. Ill make a video tomorrow because a picture wont help as far as I see because it looks normal.

The hold down nut I'm thinking is lose, or the splines are stripped out for the wiper arm.

Easy fix! See if it's lose, if it is adjust it to proper and snug the nut back up. If it's stripped, again an easy fix, go get a new arm, adjust to where its needed to be snug it and call it a day!

Yup I fixed it, The nut got lose somehow but thanks alot! :D
