Gas Tank

I have just been informed that I need a gas tank :smt013 since it sat for 7 years with hardly no fuel in it the tank started rusting from the inside, I have to be honest, I dont really want to look in a junk yard for one but I have no idea where to look for a used one, if worst comes to worst I'll hit a junk yard and hope for the best.

Otherwise, a brand new tank from Subaru is about $350. I don't know if the RHD thing is going to be a problem though. Is your fuel filler still on the right side of the car?

Yup, in fact I don't even know if any model Subaru has a the tank on the left side......is there ?

No, but I wasn't sure if the RHD cars were opposite of the LHD ones. I'm curious to see if a LHD gas tank is compatible.

I dont know the year of your car, engine size of anything other then it's RHD... Doing a fast look up, I dont see anything different with LHD or RHD...

If I knew all the info and your location, I could help, but just use that link. If there is a difference, it will find it. I have a feeling that they are pretty much all the same. Other then 2WD and AWD...

haha ! thanks again I looked it up and i've found a few that will work , and a LHD's gas tank will work , now just gotta get the cash up to get one ! LOL

also Im looking for a scooped hood, like the ones on a LGT, I love the recessed look
