Craigslist deal...Need opinions

Found a wrecked 06 WRX... does not say if it is STI or not and hard to tell from pictures. They want 600 for the entire brembo brake setup so im thinking this is a pretty good deal :wink:

should i pull the trigger?

Thats seems pretty good if they are the Brembo set. You will need 17s to use them.

Or rs 5 spokes but still a good deal...I've seen them for sale for around 1k but don't know what they actually sell for...I know 4/2 pots go for $400ish

Ok cool well im going down to check them out now and we will see what they look like. They have the steering wheel as well so i might pick that up. Does anyone know if it will for sure fit

Twood be nice if they fit the RS wheels, but the fronts don't. I tried. ;)

WRX 4-pots fit under the rs wheels
STI Brembos (also 4-pots) do not. The only stock wheels the brembos fit under are the sti wheels. and also the 05+ brembo rotors are a different bolt pattern and the rears don't fit without an adapter bracket and a special rotor.

So if the calipers say subaru across them they are fhi 4-pots. if they say brembo across them, well, you can probably figure out what they are.

And the rear subaru 2-pots need an adapter bracket too.
