Truck door having plastic cover?

Did the BD's come with a trunk door cover? as in what is on most inner side of the truck door on most cars.

Yeah, I believe dead91silvia asked the same thing recently. I guess it's a trim level thing because I've seen it on LSI's in the J/Y as well as on my old SUS Limited.

My car is a 95 LSI sedan and also is there any that are just plastic or would they be like the liner around the walls of the truck?

I would imagine they'd be that textured fiberglass/plastic board that you find in most trunks.
