Hey, my names Jordan, and I'm really new to car modifications. I don't even know where to start. I want to start with the auto body first, by trying to fix all the rust, but I'm not sure what to follow. Should I disassemble my interior, and try to work from the inside then out? How do I even start to improve my engine performance; HP wise, and better air flows? I have tons of questions..
Here's some pictures of the auto body rust.

nice to see another 2nd gen guy around! Got any full pics of your car? Is it a wagon or a sedan?

Knowing where to start can be a big thing, but first and foremost you always want your ride to be reliable. :smt023

Depends on the week more of a weekly get together for most of the people to hang out but there is any where from 20 cars to 120 cars. Be warned we have a high population of rednecks like hard core turbo diesel rednecks that grill bear burgers at the meet...

I would ask them first, Walmart parking lots and such work too so we do not take up client parking but still have a place to chill.

Exeter is 10 mins from Reading, and Collegetown is towards KOP but not really there. It's about 30 to 40 mins to get there from Reading.

I never mentioned it, but welcome to the forums and to our newly quoted "PA Army." haha I would look into some patch panels to replace the rust on the quarter panel and "dog leg" section. As for what looks like the bottom of the door, I would grind that down to the bare metal, and apply some epoxy primer to the surface, followed by some paint. If you need anymore help just PM me or we can meet up near you. I'm familiar with the surrounding area of Reading because my sister went to college at Albright.

You sir.. You are awesome!!! Patch as in bondo or welding?

Patch panel=piece of metal to replace the old piece. Slapping on bondo doesn't always solve the problem. lol

I wish i could do the welding.. I have no connection with welders or welding machines unless i go to williamsport.. I prefer the welding because it cuts the cancer out. Im poor.. I was told welding is a lot of money

get a $5 piece of metal and find a shop to weld it in. Most shops should have a welder on hand. If I decide to get a welder though you're more than welcome to come over and we can weld it in.

Also, look into making a member's ride thread so we can see the updates of your car, and you can post pictures of your car.

It has a bunch of little dings from previous owner. Scrape marks, rims are scratched, and the tires were replaced this year by me.

Progress on this looks great but You should probably start a members ride thread to show what you are doing to your car. you would get more people to answer your questions there. this section is for mostly to put your name up so then we can look for your member ride thread.
