View Full Version : Rear diff mount bushings

Is there anyway possible to change the rear diff mount bushings with out having to take out the sub frame, also were can i get these bushings from, or is it possible to use inserts, im sick of the clunkin wen i gear down or speed up, help needed plz

Cut/Burn them out or make up a pulling tool (similar to a steering wheel puller).

There might be inserts for other models that fit, but haven't explored that way.

I got a question, if i remove the old bushings from the rear diff and get two solid aluminum mounts machined for it and mount the diff solid, would that damage the diff, or axles, i can get 2 aluminum inserts made just like the real mounts but dont wanna do it till i get some advice from u guys. also how long will the temp. window weld fix last for.
