Looks good. I have always liked the contrast of painted parts against the factory dash.

sorry, man, I can't help you there. I have a 3rd gen. I am sure there are plastic clips on there the same way the other vents are, but I don't know how you remove them.

Not a fan of this kind of dash painting, but to each there own...

To remove the center vent you need to remove the cup holder, then the stereo surround. At that point you just have 2 clips on the left and right of the vents to remove it. It pulls straight out. Let me know if you have a problem, I have pulled many of them...
