dental floss or an old credit card. just slide it around under the emblem. its just rubber adhesive

body filler will be needed for the holes

A heat gun or a blow dryer will help loosen up the glue, too. I debadged my old car with fishing line - same concept as floss.

I would use a putty knife, but be carefully that you don't scratch the paint. The best way is with a heat gun and floss.

to remove it, add some heat and use fishing line to remove it.

to fill it, the best choice would be to weld it up then use body filler to flush it out out, second best (what i did that has still worked great) find a small piece of scrap sheet metal and JB weld it from the inside to plug and fill the whole, then use body filler to smooth i out if needed.
