Posting or uploading photo's?

Im trying to upload photo's from "Flickr" since it seems like you need to have a photo library somewhere else besides in your computers "documents" files,am i reading this correctly? Now i see the little "img" at the top of "post new topic" but it doesn't open up,i have never seen something like this before,can someone advise an easier way to upload pictures because this is weird........ :smt017

when you click the button it automatically adds a [img.][/img.] tag to ur post. you must insert your http://flickr.jpg address inside the two image tags

this is how you post images.. do not use the . in the img tag. I only used them so they would show up in the example. phpBB handles these types of tags as hidden.

Thanks for your reply but i tried it and it gave me an "x" with a little box saying image?

you cant post a flickr album directly. --> http://www.flickr.com/photos/zangado1

your post looks like this

http://www.flickr.com/photos/zangado1/[/img.] there is no img???

if you want to post a pic from your flickr album you must choose a photo then right click on it and select the size you want. once that size pic loads right click on it and copy its link
