94Leggy White Gauge Face

So if anyone has seen my posing on the Facebook group they'll know what i'm talking about.. I Was at the junkyard and found my step brothers old leggy and he had the whirr gauge face installed, I was curious how I hook up the lights bcoz it has a black wire coming out to do what with Idk any help would be great.. :) Thanks
