I was thinking of getting the supertones and the hella trumpet and running the mix together.
I wonder how it would sound?

Weird harmony... also if you use any type of alarm system that use the stock horns instead of a loud speaker then the short "beep" isn't long enough to get the Hella's up to max dB. So it sounds a "meep" instead of "hooooonk"

Or I was thinking about doing a pair and adding two extra of the low tones.. I don't think it's been done before so I'm not sure how it would sound.
I think I pulled a low horn off my wrecked Legacy so I'd have to check.

Is this an issue when you wire the horns directly to the battery with a relay in use?

without a relay.

without a relay.
I can see that. The stock wiring for the horn is pretty wimpy.

Its not the current. Its the duration of the signal being sent

I run both the supertones and the triple compressor setup.
Works great, its loud and instant.
In fact, i scare people of the road with it when they forget to yield.
