I just got a letter in the mail from the dealership asking if they could remove my tow hooks and fix the spring guard. Those are the only 2 recalls on the 95. I suppose I could do that sometime. I need to get a few things from them anyways.

Wasn't there a recall that affected the legacies, and had to do with how they start pretty rich all the time? I feel like i heard that somewhere but didnt think much of it.
Peace,
Kyle

Not for me.
I was under the impression that all cars are supposed to start rich, because when the engine isn't at Temp, it's a closed fuel loop so the engine doesn't run lean and heat up too fast (causing problems with the gaskets, rings, etc).

my car starts rediculously rich. Richer than my carbureted pick up. Its more noticeable after the exhaust. It smells like gas for a good minute, and it billows out in the first 10 seconds. Kind of sucks when there's girls around. Bad enough I'm trying to impress them in a wagon

Plus it does not apply to those outside of the US

I've always loved the smell of rich exhaust, personally :)

^^ I thought this was a BD series recall thread...BC > BD. That is all.

I'm sure you think that way.
Unless it's SS, I will beg to differ.

That's really funny - your opinion is fine, except that this thread is related DIRECTLY to a BD recall. NOT a BC.
