I need to replace some wheel studs front and back on my 2000 legacy gt jdm, could someone help me with the size i need to buy, like diameter, length, and how hard is it to change them, were can i find a tutorial on how to do this.

if you have access to a junkyard, just go snag some from there. We just did mine (99 GT so idk if its different or not) and the only issue really is undoing the "tone ring" for the abs so you can slide the old stud out and new one in. Should be very straight forward if you are mechanically inclined at all. If not, I will do my best to help with any other questions

cant find any subarus at the junkyard so gotta buy them new, which i dont mind just that finding parts here is very hard, gotta get them from overseas, so what i need really is the size i need to get, i no there 12x1.25 but there another number, the knurl or some crap which is 14.43, what does that mean

I google searched "Subaru Legacy Wheel Studs" and this is the first link I got:
