Need help identifying some plugs

While looking under my dash to find the correct wiring location for the 4EAT Phase 2 Power Mode mod (https://sl-i.net/FORUM/viewtopic.php?p=280613&sid=54dfe8085c33d84681f31cd88f7bcebe#p280613) I found these two connectors that appear as though they should be connected, but aren't. I'm wondering if anybody here can identify them for me?

The plugs are green, and each is only a single wire. On one plug it is a solid blue wire, and the other is a brown/black wire. They are located pretty much directly above the gas pedal.

Those are Subaru trouble code connectors, leftovers from the OBD-I days. They should be left unplugged. There are also a black set that should be unplugged as well.

Yep... dont plug those in or your CEL and possibly airbag light will either turn on or start blinking.
