Rebuilding rear suspension in 2nd gen

Hey guys, this winter I'm going to put the BD down and re-build my rear suspension, as soon as my Pulsar is on the road. I wanted to run a few things buy you guys.

1. I was considering doing fully adjustable rear control arms.
-What brands are good and bad?
-What is the going rate price wise?
-what other cars will interchange? I'm assuming that most Impreza's will, but want to make sure.

2. I was thinking of going with Polyurethane.
-Again, what brands are good and bad?
-Going rate price wise?
-What other cars are the same?

And when I say I'm planing to rebuild the rear suspension, this means I'm removing EVERYTHING! Yes, this includes the crossmember, hubs, diff, and possibly ever the gas tank.

I'm not doing this for rust repair or anything like it, just because m car has almost 250K and I still see keeping my car a while so I want things new.

The front is also on the list... ball joints, tie-rod ends, control arm bushings, and what not will be done there also...

Oh, I have a diff plate already... this is what everything looks like right now...

You know not totally related, but the 3rd gen Legacys have an +1 gallon capacity vs ours. I've always wondered if it'd bolt in? Sadly the wreckers by me either drill a hole to drain the fuel and/or drop the thing on carstands right on the tank! If you're really doing all the work of removing the rear subframe et al and have access to a 3rd gen tank may I ask if you check fit it?

Trailing arms - if you can get them, GC STi should fit. Save you several lbs in weight too.
End links - I'd stick with factory unless you are destroying them with a thick RSB and upgraded RSB mounts. You can use any "C" shape from any Impreza also.
Bushings - either go with factory OEM, or Energy Suspension... you could figure out which parts mix and match from the STis or later WRX's but Energy offer firmer bushings with OEM fitment.

Whiteline is always great quality and good engineering. Be aware replacing any parts with those that have spherical bushings will increase cabin noise.
