What else could a knock sensor code mean.

I was thinking I need to change my knock sensor out because the check engine light is on and that's one of the codes that has come up but could it just be warning me about something even bigger? The Knock sensor as far as I know has no water damage and definitely has no cracks on it so is this a sign of something else?

It is very commun knock sensor dont work there is no visual sign to see if broken. I have replace several sensors on legacys. The only sign i saw is the car starts bogging mostly on accelation. I dont think it would be anything else

I completely agree. Same thing has happened to my car and a friends car.
