Remote entry help needed

I lost the remote control for the keyless entry on my car, 2000 legacy gt wagon and installed an after market one, now due to the factory keyless entry the aftermarket one wont lock the car until it shuts off from the turbo tmer in 2 minutes, how can i disable the factory keyless entry or get a remote for it , plz help

ugh. i hate aftermarket keyless kits, you have to hack up the harness and you'll end up with weird problems like this.

i would recommend removing the aftermarket kit, and just pick up a remote on ebay for $15 or whatever.
they are very easy to program any of the fobs (http://www.cars101.com/subaru/keyless.html#alpine) that look like this:
