Just thought I'd pop in and say hi. Got directed here from my friends at buffaloscooby.com, as I have a Legacy wagon that I'm driving/working.
Real quick intro (daughter wants to watch Avengers again :grin: ):
I'm a Chevy mechanic, and I own a 12 Cruze, 98 Legacy Outback Limited (BG) and a 91 Toyota MR2 Turbo for my fun/summer car.
Bought the Legacy last year for the wife, but she has taken to driving the Cruze when I am driving the MR2. Currently it needs rear struts, but I'll also be replacing the mounts and insulators/boots too. As all Subaru's up here suffer from the same things, my mid pipe has rotted off. So I'll be ordering a new resonator pipe for that this week too. Although I work at a Chevy dealer now, I used to work at an independent garage that serviced a bunch of Subies. I'm used to the exhaust and brake problems they have, at least when you don't replace them with OE parts :roll: Car has about 180k on the clock and I've already done a bunch of work on it since I bought it (front/rear pads/rotors, front calipers, brake lines, headlight (adjusters broken/rusted) and now I need another one, bulbs, etc).
I'll get some pics up later, at least to show what I've got going on and I'll be searching the forums for some other problems I seem to have.
