Okay so my 98 leggy wagon will be slightly dropped come springtime. The factory rear suspension is blown out, so the body sits about an inch lower in the rear and to be honest I like the stance of it. The "handles like a boat" part Im not too fond of.

Im currently sitting on factory 15" alloys now, 195/60/15 rubber needs replacing. Debating on sourcing a set of 16s from a lgt for springtime. I know that the wheel package effects alignment and suspension so I thought Id make note of this.

Im looking at the kyb gr2 struts and h&r springs as Ive seen a couple people enjoyed that combo. I also located front and rear strut tower bars I had been thinking of, obviously I want to get rid of as much of the roll as I can. Considering the notion of the occasional autox next season.

To put it simply, I know how to order and install parts. Its getting the alignment dialed in and fine-tuning everything that Id rather have more input on. Or if someone has a recommended improvement thats also helpful. For example, I wouldnt know if I should be messing with the camber if its dropped maybe an inch and if Im still running the 15s/16s, looking at the front of the car now I can see if I dropped it an inch from where it is, Ill still have considerable gap in font with the 15s there. I know that I drive it pretty aggressively, moreso than I really should on old stock parts and bald tires. I like them tight corners

Anti-Roll bars (anti-sway bars) are much more useful then strut bars.

H&R lowering springs will benefit from camber adjustments.

Speedometer will be slightly off with the newer tire setup depending on tire. Going from a 195/60/15 to a 205/55/16 will barley change the calculations.

I recommend saggy butt spacers to correct the rear end with the strut/spring combo.

You seem to have a good graps of what you want to do.

Bald tires can damage your driveline.... better to have good tires then good suspension :-p

A buddy of mine has 2 sets of wheels off a pair of 98 foresters. Both sets are 16"s one set with winter tires one set with street tires. Ill probably be taking them off his hands, I should check the size tires on each set. I was just wondering what would be a recommended camber degree etc after the car is lowered and all suspension components are installed?
