feeling squirrely

im not really sure what is causing this so i thought i would see if anyone else has had this problem or knows what is causing this.
My 2000 outback lowered on kyb struts and h&r springs is very squirrely/kind of feels like the frontend is disconnected (if that makes sence) i dont know if a bigger sway bar would help or just an alignment?, im kind of lost here and dont know what to do so any help is greatly appreciated

what work, if any, was recently done? Make sure tire pressure is correct and start by checking ball joints, wheel bearings, and tie rod ends to see if anything is loose.

i havent done any work o the front end but i have checked the tie rod ends and wheel bearings, i just put a nother set of wheels and tires on it but they feel the same as the set i had on before, i always keep my tire pressure in the mid 30's

So this just started randomly one day? You could get your alignment checked, a larger sway bar link will reduce roll when cornering if that is what you are looking for, but it doesn't sound like it will solve your problem

well i really noticed it when i had my kumho exta tires put on. i was on the highway and changing lanes was when i felt it the most. just feels like im about to lose control

I would think it would be the tires then, try rotating them and see if the problem changes any, also you could try to have the tires road force balanced, this looks for any run out in the tires and rims to see if that could be causing the problem.

well i dont have those wheels and tires on it any more i bought a used set off craigs list, thought maybe that would fix the problem but it didnt

What size tires? 2XX- 60's/ 50's/40 series??

the kumhos were 225/50/r17 and these toyos are 215(99% sure)/45/17

Check the steering coupler. Also the tophat/strut mounts, and the steering rack itself.
