My question is, and i did read through the diy install but it didnt clearify atleast i didnt see it, when installed will these work when your parking lights and turn signels

Yes... when I installed mine... they turn on solid when I turn the parking lights on (first click) and they blink with the turn signals.

With the parking lights off... the side markers will not be on but will come on when you use your turn signal on that side.
