98 Clock spring on a 96

So I broke my clock spring quite some time ago. I know that the air bag connectors are different. However I am concerned about the horn. Since my air bags will be non existent here shortly.

I don't know much about fitment between the years but I do have a complete clock spring from a 95 LSi sedan, with intermittent wiper dial control instead of just the one slow speed setting that I can sell you cheap.
