Upgraded fuel rails???

Hey Sl-i.net. I've tried searching for the answer but came up short. I'm looking to upgrade my fuel system for this up coming track season (parallel fuel mod, new rails, fuel pressure regulator) but I cant find a definite answer on which aftermarket fuel rails will fit. I've looked around town for a shop that could weld/solder some -6AN fitting on my spare fuel rails but the responses have been very underwhelming. so are u going with top feed or side feed? when it comes to the fuel rails, i have had NO problems with the ebay rails.
its just a strait peice of aluminum with a hole drilled in it. kinda hard to f that up. i am using azashi top feeds on mine. they work great. that and some an fittings a custom brakets, and injector adapters

also the stock fuel injectors wont work with the rails u posted. those are made for the yellow side feeds. but some of the yellow side feeds are different. there are like 3 generations of yellow side feeds. also the turbo rails are different than the N/A rails. honestly unless you are running huge injectors, the stock rails are fine.

if you really want the after market rails, you should convert to top feeds. i am using azashi top feeds on mine. they work great. all you need is some A/N fittings, a custom brakets, and injector adapters and your injectors. but you will also need a piggy back for tuning the bigger injectors.

Yeah, my wrx motor has turboxs fuel rails but uses top feeds. Aftermarket stuff uses a parallel combination, though you could do the same to your stock rails with just a couple of extre feet for rubber fuel hose. I think it was scoobymods.com that had the DIY for it...

For your setup, you don't really need massive fuel rails. What you should do, however, is the parallel fuel rail mod. It even out the fuel flow to all the injectors, and uses all the stock lines and rails. Do a quick Google search.

lord flashheart- I will look into doing a top feed conversion, did you have to modify your engine harness in any way when you went top feed? Good info on those rails, thanks for that.

anothernord - The reason I'm looking to go with aftermarket fuel rails is that shop around me said they aren't able(or willing perhaps) to modify my oem rails to accept -AN fittings. My plan was and still is to use a parallel fuel system, once I have the rail situation figured out. I have 2 extra set of oem fuel rails so I may look and see if a shop in the US can do if for me.

Thanks, I really appreciate that. I put a lot of money and time into this build and am pretty pleased with how it came out. The TD05 16G is a great turbo on this engine, it spools very quick and has a nice top end . The best part is when that EWG opens :smt007 lol
