So in addition to rebuilding my motor I plan to upgrade my suspension.

These are the parts I intend to purchase;

Whiteline Front tower brace - $134
" " Rear end links kit - $134
" " Rear sway bar - $197
" " Camber adjustment bolt kit - $38 ~ I'm not sure on this one, yes/no?
H&R Springs - $248
Unfortunately I missed a sale back in November on Tokico HTS Series Shocks. I've contacted the company to see if I could get a discount on a complete set, if not I'll probably go with KYB GR2's. I'm entertaining the idea of doing the WRX tophats/springlands but haven't fully researched what all that entails.

Thoughts? Comments? Things I should look in to also?
Just so yall know I don't know much about suspension at all....

Also does anyone know of a good site to order ACL bearings from?

Unless you're going to track/autocross it or you want to be "h3ll@ tyte st@ight gangsta flush yo", you don't need the camber kit.

With these cars, you seriously can not go wrong with the GR2s. So many of us have them and can attest to their simple awesomeness. They're not too rough and not too soft. Turn in is crisp and body roll is drastically decreased.

Thats what I've read again and again, I have no objection to them. Honestly the only real reason I want the Tokico struts is for the name. Lol. Well that and they're red. SMH.

But with the Whiteline, baring the camber kit, it's all good?

Get the tophats bro..you just gotta turn the tophat 180degrees for it to line up with the legacy strut tower the bolt pattern is the same just turned in a little for the wrx geometry, you will need them if you plan on a coilover kit in the future...but the springs and gr2's are definately a good starting point if you want to keep your setup easy and cost effective. Coilovers are a good option if you the full adjustability.

I'm running GR2's and H&R's and love them. Have had them for a year on my BD.

I found some Tokico HTS's for a decent price, front and rear.

Tokicos are good too..pretty popular with honda guys. I want to get some gr2s also, I haven't peered my car yet, I'm thinking about racelands but they have mixed reviews all the way from "the best 480 bucks I ever spend" to" I should be paid for putting these on my car and my time wouldn't have been wasted". I want to go with coilovers for adjustment...but money dictates that. For the cost of the struts and springs you can get a set of. Wrx tein basis coilovers. Tein basis are the affordable coilovers cost about 750-850.

Yea they're a company I learned about while fiddling with my Honda. A complete set for $350~ I figure it's worth a shot, worst case scenario I hate them and end up buying the GR2's. Best case I become a drift master with my Leggy, get national coverage and bring glory to the Legacy communities! Lol... (it will happen)

If they were long enough to keep the ride height that I have in the Outback, I would keep them.. but alas, the sale of these will go towards properly lengthed GR-2s for my BE.
