I need to remove the trim that goes around my windshield(rust), door and side windows(reseat the trim and reseal one of the small rear windows) and the rear window(rust). I can see that there must be some clips or something, but I have no idea what tool I need. Also, I can't begin to guess how to remove the trim around the rear window or that strip that runs along the top of the windshield.

I know how, but the last time I did it, I broke all the clips... Go to a wrecking yard and practice to see how to do it.

Any idea what tool I need? I know they make a lot of different tools for stuff like this but I'm not sure where to start looking. Also, what about the rear window, it doesn't appear to be held in by clips and there are no sedans in any of my local yards to rip apart.

Well, I used a flat head screwdriver, but I did brake some clips... :smt005
As for the rear, if I'm not mistaken, it's glued to the glass. Your not going to remove that one in one piece. I could be wrong though.
Why do you want to remove them?

the front and rear windows have some rust around the trim. the side trim is just loose and one of the little rear windows isn't seated right, it looks like there is some sort of little white plastic clip thats bent in there and isnt allowing the window to sit totally flush
