Whats up SL-I!!!!
just thought i would introduce myself since im new the to site.... i have a 1996 BD5 Legacy... i picked her up for 1000 bucks... she is a 2.2l, 5 speed... had a CEL and overheating problems when i got her and took care of those no prob... now shes running great and just waiting for her ej208 swap... front clip im picking up for 2000.... VERY EXCITED!!! :cool:

ive been driving subarus for a while now... and i believe in recycling parts lol ... :smt016

ive had a couple cars and ill stop talking and put up some pics and let u guys see some of my lil scoobies!!! :smile:

this was my first subaru ... 2002 black that shined blue, wrx bug eye sedan....which i loved very much!!! :smt007 ... but some she devil from mexico with no insurance decided to rear end me in her big ass truck!!! :smt010 .... got to buy her back from my insurance for 200 dollars :smt023

after her i found a body/ shell for 500 buck and i couldnt resist... so i picked her up and started my swap... she is a 99 Forester SF5
threw the ENTIRE running gear in her and did the dash swap as well... shaved a bunch of extra weight off and road worthy...

i threw her on 04 sti struts with tien H-tech springs.... front and rear 20mm sway bars from WRX... Plasti dipped my grill, door handles, and side plastics black!!! and ive tinted my headlights yellow... motor swap and jdm projectors and fogs coming soon!!! :smt002

actually talking to a guy about purchasing a front clip he has... for the ej208 swap...
but i dont know if i want to get stronger motor... or if the 208 would do the numbers im trying to hit... :smile:

hey, sweet machines!!!! I am down in Tucson right now for some training at Davis Montham. I am surprised by the lack of subarus around here other than WRX's and STI's. sick swaps you are building up, awesomeness

welcome! I am truly digging the color combination. The interior looks killer with the rest of the car. Sometimes wrx interior just doesnt look good in second gen legacies but yours looks real good. Keep up the good work!

but that adds to my love for it!!! i wasnt sure about the color combo at first but it ended up looking great!!! :smt023

yea im checking out a front clip tomorrw ..
if i end up purchasing it i will be documenting my swap within the next month hopefully... done by march!!!
and tons more stuff i have planned...
