Which would you say is the best for BE9's?

that's the one I went with.

OEM as in it'd be a direct replacement for the one I have now?

He means that Exedy supplies OEM clutches for Jap cars (like subaru)
I too suggest Exedy, I went with stage 1 organic; it held up to 8lb boost on my ej25d with little difference in pedal feel.
