I need help, when ever i use full throttle my car is gas cutting (coming near to stand still ), while if i drive normal it works fine, what would cause that?

A little more information would be helpful.
For starters... what car are you talking about.

Fuel senders, fuel pump, fuel starvation

Hmm.... Foll throttle with twin turbo equals fuel cut but driving normal (staying out of hard boost), it drives fine.
First thought is a boost leak but that wouldnt make you slow down until a standstill... Unless maybe you floored it, overboosted, hit fuel cut and didnt let off the throttle. I supposed if you didnt let off the throttle after fuel cut (still flooring it) it might just coast to a stop.
No check engine light at all?

With a twin turbo, it could be several different things. Get underneath your dashboard and check what trouble codes (instructions on how to do it http://legacycentral.org/library/literature/codes.htm) you are getting. The issue could range from the knock sensor, your car being in limp mode, or just not using the right fuel. Between my wife's old car and my current one, I've ran into all those issues.
EDIT - I just read that the light comes on when you give it hell, I'm thinking it's going to be your knock sensor sending your car into limp mode.

I tried cleaning the sensors this weekend and running the car with TPS sensor off same thing happened, we tried changing the position also now the car isnt performing as well as it was.I will try to look for the trouble code, will the code flash constant or only when the enine check light is on?

The TPS has to be at a specific position to function properly. You may have not put it back in the right position, and now it will rev up and run all crazy.

I did a continuity check on the tps and it didnt beep from the harness to the computer only from the tps switch to the harness. I am thinking air control unit, tired to reboot the computer also, didnt help.It is to go to a subaru mechanic thursday ,so hopefully he can fix it

The mounting holes on the TPS should actually be slots not holes.

You might not have noticed when you took it off, but it should have had a wire paint mark going from the mounting bolt, down one of the sides (it wasnt on both sides on my 1999 legacy... just one).
If you still have these marks, you might try to set it back into that position.

Or loosen it and go all the way to one direction, tighten and see how it drives. Then loosen, turn it to the max the other direction, tighten and see how it drives.
Or just get a new TPS.

Did you check the knock sensor?
bajan_legacy

No I didnt, i got 3 faults on the actel diagnostic,2 were engine faults
(1) tps again
(2) water cooling sensor
But i pulled the pump from the tank and the tank is full of rust and sludge at the bottom, the gas in the tank is brown so i believe that is the cause of my problems, I am hoping to change the tank this week, can anyone post an up close photo of the vaccum lines around and on the vaccum box?

Your probably on the right track with the fuel system. I imagine you will do fuel filter and flush the lines right?
What heat range and gap are your plugs? Are you blowing spark out?
Also probably should get a scanner and look at the live data when the problem happens.

No - he's saying he needs help finding a replacement tank.
You just took it to a subaru dealer, they should be able to obtain one.
Frankly, you're lucky you're getting all the help you've been getting on this site - you have no location in your profile, you gave almost zero information in your posts regarding the vehicle, engine type and any modifications. All of that would have helped us give far more focused information. Kudos to the members who have tried to help you.

When you changed out the TPS how did you install the new one? They work in resistance, and if it's way off it could be problematic.
