Late reply, but PIA definitely!!
Go talk to them and start planning. They usually have a huge wait list of customer cars.
It actually helped me because I just used the time to source parts.
Also, be prepared to not have your car for a few months.

Thanks guys unfortunately pia didn't want anything to do with my swap, so I went and talked to the guys at Maxwell performance in Marysville (which is much closer to where I live) and they told me if I got the engine and sent the harnesses in to iwire that they would do it for 3000$ now I have a budget of $6000 and to send the harnesses into I wire that's another $650-$700 so does anyone think I can get a wrecked 02-14 wrx for less then $2200 with shipping? Or am I S.O.L?

Talk to John at Outback Automotive I have a JDM version 9 WRX engine waiting to go into my 98 legacy outback sitting at the shop right now, they just finished doing a version 7 STI swap in 2.5 RS Yesterday John did an amazing job it looks factory and runs perfect. You can PM me if you have any more questions

An 02 WRX-up car wrecked at auction will be over $3000 for sure.
And have you talked to Doug at Fairlady Motors/UP Garage in University Place? He mainly does Nissan stuff, but has done some Subaru's as well.
