TD04 upgrade?

I have a TD04 that I have been holding onto until I feel like doing a swap on my outback. I have been reading online that you can upgrade the TD04 to a td04 19t compressor housing and wheel? Just wondering if anyone has info on that, and what are the specs on my td04? It came from a 2003 Wrx 2.0 which I want to say is the 13t. From what I have read it seems worth doing.
