Leg GT steering rate?

Anyone know a gen 2 Legact GT steering rate?
I have a 99 Leg GT steering rack in my legacy and was told it's quicker, but I just never found a number.
My 95 leggo service manual indicates 16.4 ratio for the "L" trim, curious how the GT "racks" up :smt005

the '99 fsm says: (page 4-3 [S1A0])

overall gear ratio (turns, lock to lock)
except outback model= 16.5
outback model= 19

So this indicates my legacy is the same as the GT and the OB is slower?
