brake squeal MAKE IT STOP

My Impreza has had a squeak coming from what sounds like the back passenger brake for about a month now. I've washed the brake with a pressure washer and even ripped the entire brake apart. The pads and rotors are 6 months old and both are not damaged. The low brake warning finger is not rubbing. There is nothing between the dust shield and rotor. Both caliper slide pins slide easily. The sound goes away when I press on the brake a little.

What else could be causing this. Its driving me up a wall.

what kind of pads do you have semi metallic or ceramic? did the pads look glazed over?

Idk. The dealership did them and screwed it up. They didn't really look glazed over but maybe I'll put on some ceramic ones and see if that helps.

When you change out pads, use some brake pad anti-squeal. Rub it all over 'em. Works for me.
