Hello all,
My name is Alex and after several years of lurking I have decided to finally make an account. My story begins when my family moved to the US and needed a cheap and reliable vehicle to get to work. Naturally my dad got a Subaru, a $3000 salvage title 1995 BD5 Subaru at that. Around the time I turned 15 I realized I would get the car whenever I get my license, so I started doing research on it and found SLi. It's an LSi model which only came in autotragic with a 2.5L engine, but seeing as mine is the first year of the 2nd gen it got the ej22e, the nice thing about it is that it's a dual port exhaust. After three long years of lurking and researching I turned 18, got my license and got the car. Now that I have a nice paying job, pretty much all my money will go into the car.

My plans for it are to do what EJ22D did and mate my block to ej25d heads to lower my compression to turbo standards, then turbo it later on when I get tired of getting 34mpg. A manual swap is of course planned for the future. For now I want to do suspension, looks, and brakes.
