Although I'm not sure what vector format is, I'm guessing it's some sort of computer imaging format that would allow him to make his own JDM logo.

I have the logo on my grill but don't have it in any format on the computer

A vector format would be like Adobe Illustrator (.ai), which allows you to resize the image without any distortion. I was thinking about making some t-shirts for the local Legacy club and wanted to use the JDM Legacy logo in the design.

I'm leaving for Holland today,
I have a vector file that I made. (but its just the L's)

When I cut vinyl, the only files that I use are vector!
