I live in a little Island called New Caledonia near Australia and as everything is imported it's horribly expensive : for example one decent tyre (not chinese) is 18000CPF about $200.
My 4 tires are all Michelin 195 60 15 88H I need to replace my rears soon.
My spare is unused but is an older type Michelin with a V rating 195 60 15 88V an MXV3A.

My question is two fold: could I fit 1 new Michelin with the nearest similarity to the Pilot HX which can only be this?

With regard to front/rear wear differences if I have new rears but fronts which have 30% left is that OK?
Found this:
I think its like a .25" when measuring the circumference.
I have only just got the car bt will ofc in the future do the 6000m tire rotation.
