ok guys, I have some info on the Rallycar BBQ.
It will be a 1 day event on a saturday July 27th. (10a-5p)

there will be a 40ft trailer w/ SPT parts, rally videos, subaru rally info and lots of subaru swag.
Rally posters and Team collateral are provided for giveaway.
Subaru rally team host on site w/ the display to greet fans.

I will be talking more w/ the Manager to make sure we make this a Full on Show Car Tour. meaning raffles, prizes and more.

so please spread the word, They have put their trust in me to take part in this and get a gathering of people from all over. they were not going to this, but I insisted on going forth with this since the dealer just opened and it would be a great way to introduce themselves to the subaru community.

any questions, ask away and I will do my best to answer them or get you the answers from the dealer.

food and drinks are on the house.
im still going over getting a DJ cause of the town rules, having a raffle, getting vendors, and maybe a car show if people are interested. its a work in progress cause the dealer is new and havent done this before.

Alrighty everyone. Just went out to setup parking for the trailer, rally car, tents and everyone coming.
When you enter the dealership, pull around to the back and park behind the fence. We are moving all the Legacy's to the back to excess another 50 spots.
If you need Parts, go to the parts section and get what you need. If we dont have it, we will order it for you. Please have your VIN# handy. If ordering parts from another car to install on a different car, make sure you give the year and model you want the part from. Bare in Mind this is the Dealerships first BBQ. So give the parts guys some slack as there will only be 2 of them. You dont need to see me to get the discount, The discount will be 20% off from 11-5.
some basic RULES::
we are not hondas, so act respectful and dont rev your engine, Everyone knows its a boxer engine and sounds awesome.
When you leave, pull out in a respectful manor... (the police station is next door)
last but not least, HAVE FUN!!!!

damnit damnit damnit.. i'm moving tomorrow and the house will still be in shambles this weekend... Hopefully you have it next year and subaru still does rallycross, and they still bring the car, and then i'll be there...lol

hey everyone, if your meeting at the steak house, PARK IN THE BACK!!!. if you see people starting to park in front, please ask them to move to the back if im not there yet.
reason being, its saturday and the steak house has brunch. I dont want any problems in the future for taking up spots and not eating there. also, people that do go inside may complain there is no parking or whats the occasion. I dont want any beef with the steak house since weve never had a problem with sunday morning meet ups.
