a/t radiator converted to m/t

Anyone here have converted their cooling system from using a/t radiator to m/t and then adding an external oil cooler?

I'm having problems sourcing s/tb a/t radiator for my bg5 here in manila.

People do it all the time on trucks. Just get an external oil cooler and get some transmission line, mount it and you're done. Easy cheesy!

A lot of manufacturers (koyo) stopped making manual radiators and just offer the auto one. The only difference is the tranmission cooler, mine is capped.

You dont even need to have caps on the auto part of the radiator. But yeah, you can use an auto radiator in a manual car.

yes i understand you can use an auto radiator in a manual car. but what i will do is the other way around.
Dead91silvia... yes that's what was being suggested to me by a shop. if i'll take this route, would there be a minimum size for the external cooler that i should look for?

harrymaneuvers... i didnt know that. i'm not sure if i can just knock on their door and buy? hehehe i assume their operation here is outsourced so i might not be able to really buy from them. will still try though. thanks for the heads up
