Just wanted to say whats up :smt006
Im new to the Subaru world, I drive a BG5 30th. mods are already under way, have the ej20 on the stand being rebuilt.
So yes I am doing the swap. I have a few swaps under my belt

Mk2 Golf w/ VR6 and a 1.8t
Mk1 rabbit truck w/ 1.8t
AE86 w/ 4age20v blacktop and a red-top 16v

Looking forward to sharing my DIY projects and build info and learning more about the Subaru world.
A little about my passion for cars. I started out in the VW world when I was 15. I have built and owned some 35
VW's mostly Corrado's. I did drag racing when went onto autocross and hill climbs. Got bored with the FWD world and got a
AE86. Time to learn to drift, not before auto-crossing in it for about a year. Fun car be boy are replacement parts getting hard to find
and got really tired of all the 16 year old kids asking stupid questions all the time.( sorry no disrespect to any younger members)
It was just a car a lot of young kids seam to get and have no clue to what they have and just hack the Sh%! out of them.
So now my new path, AWD my first besides the 4x4's I've owned. I wanted something I could take fill advantage of here in Oregon, And now being
a dad of a very active 8year old boy we needed something that would get use to and from with no problems.
My first plan was just to keep it stock but like my father always told my mom "I don't drive stock cars" every thing he owned had something done to it.
ie, wheels, paint, lowered/lifted, motor swap. And like my wife said " yeah right you are going to leave it be". She knows me all to well
So the plan so set and is now under way.

I will be putting a build page together soon, along with a few DYI's I'm doing that I've done in years past that have worked on this platform as well.

Thats it for now, O-Lego :smt023
