I really do feel for you guys! I served in my countries military, I have kids, my wife is a preschool teacher. It sickens me that people could do this, indiscriminatly (sp) killing innocent people. Mothers, Fathers, Brothers, Sisters , Sons and Daughters, no one should have to lose theirs loved ones because of some f**kwits ideaology. God bless y'all from everyone in club sub.co.nz

I hope nobody on here was there or knew anyone there and my condolences if you did. And its not like they went after a big target like a military general or the president. Innocent men, women, and children were affected by this senseless violence.

Yeah if anybody herd or saw about the stabbing ordeal it was at my campus and yes I was at school during it all, luckily in class in the building across from the health science building where it all took place.

An undercover cop shot and killed him before he could kill anyone else but it wasn't covered by the media because gun banning is the latest craze.

Luckily there are still good people in this country but everythings getting out of hand. I'm waiting for a rebellion or at least for some states to disband from the US

I have a friend who ran in the marathon. He had finished and had left by the time it happened. He posted on Facebook with in minutes of the attack saying he was safe.

yes, and if any of you saw the movie "law abiding citizen" when he cuts his family's murderer into little bits one piece at a time but keeps the guy alive the entire time and forces him to watch it. That's what they deserve!

Today at a Boston courthouse there was a bomb scare and everyone was evacuated from the building. Things seems to get more and more stressful as the week unfolds.

On another note gun bill was defeated so no banning of ARs. But u will have to register it pressure cookers as it is considered a lethal weapon of mass destruction (¬_¬)

What I don't understand is, why even attempt terrorism? Because whether foreign or domestic in origin, that is what this was. But why? Sure, in the short term you scare people into cowering in fear, but in the long run, no matter where it is, Boston to Bosnia, all you do is strengthen people's resolve to not give in to you.

With this gun banning craze, people are missing the real point. We need more and better help for emotionally disturbed individuals. Sometimes people even ask for help, but don't get it, then wind up losing their shit. Another problem is an increasing number of parents don't want to put forth the effort and make the sacrifices needed to raise a functioning member of society.

I'm not saying that it's not their fault, because it definitely is, but we as a nation are glazing over the underlying issue.

That said, I think we should have a new way of dealing with attacks of this nature - let the victim's families decide on, and carry out the punishments for these heinous crimes against their countrymen.

Did anyone watch last nights Boston Bruins game? The whole crowd sang the national anthem, it gave me goose bumps. Its funny how acts of terror does the opposite of what these clowns are trying to accomplish. It just brings Americans closer, not divide.
