The wimpy sheet metal swaybar mounts will get pulverized if you upgrade swaybars, especially on the Outbacks, which have much taller mounts than you BD and BK guys.
So here's what ya do:
Buy this:
http://www.subarugenuineparts.com/produ ... ts_id=1230 (http://www.subarugenuineparts.com/product_info.php?products_id=1230)
They're the swaybar mounts that come on STi's and 04+ WRX's. They're cheap and durable.
NOT SO FAST! They're way too short to just bolt on and go for us Outback guys...
Go and Pick up some 1.25" square tubing (rectangular would work better), cut it to length, drill 2 holes with some longer bolts and you're in business.

As a warning, the passenger side is a real pain because of the filler neck. It takes some prying but if you have just the right sized bolt, it will work.

Just thought I'd share this cheap and effective mod.
