Nice rims :)

How do you get them back?

Well, when I did, it involved 100 rolls of toilet paper and 1 mile of binder twine.

And lots of pumpkins

The only problem is I know it was 3 or 4 people.. so Ill need plenty of supplies :D

Toothpaste - enough said. Put it under every handle and nook and cranny. Make sure to squeeze it inside the door seams too :D The best bit is to do it with no other outward clues that the car had been messed with.

Salad Dressing  that stuff won't come off and smells like a BITCH if it gets in the vents.

I recommend Bleu Cheese

n00bs  just kidding

but seriously, my personal favorite is (if they leave their doors unlocked) pop the hood. Find the headlight wires. Splice in, run to horn relay. Theyll drive around all day, never noticing anything. That night, they go to turn their headlights on and BEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

haha they have no idea what the hell happened

We have a winner!

I think I want to do something covert, perhaps the toothpaste idea or salad dressing(I like the idea of the lingering smell)

If they have door handles that you put your fingers under and pull up, fill that sucker with vasoline.

To the headlights, why didn't I think of that. When we did it b4, we hooked into the starter. When they turned the key to start it in the morning BEEEEEEEEEEP.

I like the headlights idea a little better, assuming whoever you're hitting is smart enough to figure it out and doesn't have to drive too much with the horn blowing. It'd be distracting to OTHER DRIVERS, too.

Oh, and if they leave their doors unlocked, turn the A/C on high, radio full blast, wipers on high, anything else like that. They'll think, "gee, that's the best he could come up with?" Then be completely off-guard when the horn starts with the headlights. :)

Oh, and grease is a bitch to get off your windshield, if it's on your wiper blades and smearing they're smearing it across the windshield. Just make sure the wipers are gonna start before they're on a public road, as it's also almost impossible to see through. (Put mud on the windshield so they have to use their washers attempting to clear it before pulling out of their parking space.)

Not that I actually condone any of the above, just remembering something that happened to me, and stuff I've seen friends do to others. Oh yeah, and remember, sometimes when these circles start, they don't stop until someone's really pissed off, so if you get them back, they might get you back, again.

EDIT: Oh yeah, and if you want one that's basically entirely harmless, but still annoying. This assumes they leave their car unlocked, and preferably have a sunroof. (Putting a window down a bit will work, but take longer. Somehow get a LOT of styrofoam peanuts, and COMPLETELY fill the interior in peanuts. :)

Probably completley impossible, but would be great to see, would be a REALLY BIG BAG, and a "foodsaver" type thing. Vacuum seal the car inside the really big bag.

Plumbers strap and a can of tuna fish. Be creative. Of course, that smell will do more than linger.

cut their brake lines! No no, just kidding, dont ever do that.

deflate all their tires.

give them electrical tape racing stripes.

There are indeed endless possibilities. As long as you hook it to the relay you don't have to worry about whether theyre going to get enough power from where you are splicing, just enough to trip the relay  The wipers could be good if you do it right, you could have intermittant horns

I did the peanuts one, except with bouncy balls from Oriental Trader magazine  He looooooved that one.

alright, apart from loving my legacy and rally, i love chemistry

so peep this:

get phosphorescent powder (the good kind)
and clear coat paint
mix them together
and paint someones car
why?
phosphorescent powder is glow in the dark stuff
in the daytime, they wont notice a thing, but imagine thier reaction when they notice their entire car is glow in the dark

priceless, and would be pretty cool to see

deflate all their tires.

Trust me, I've thought of that one. And being a former mechanic, I just happen to have a valve core remover. Anyone pisses me off enough, they'll come out in the morning to find all their valve cores (including the sare, if it's under the vehicle, just to be a prick) taped to their windshield. (Yes, I'll wear gloves, to there's no fingerprints in the tape)

jack the car up and support it with cinderblocks right behind the tires, then lower it down so the tires are just off the pavement. they go to leave, put it in gear, and go nowhere!

remove the valve stem cores, put the caps back on... first bump they hit all 4 caps fly off and they have flat tires...

saran wrap with a baby oil between each layer...

wow... I don't believe that I could come up with anything to beat, let alone match, the ideas you guys have come up with so far. You guys are evil

I like the intermittant horns though

Paint their tires, and connect their turn signal to the brake. ;)

I like the glow in the dark paint idea, that's just classic!

hmm... I missed reading that. You can just go to Wal*Mart and buy glow-in-the-dark clearcoat there. Forget the brand name, but I saw it there when looking for metallic black paint for my grille  Supposed to last for 8 hours after sitting in direct sunlight :o

We've been known, here at work, to go get a huge tube of KY and put it in the door handles on the trucks when we wanna "get" people. Then they go to hop in the truck when they come in of the morning, or come out of the ER, and get a handful of KY. It's water soluble too, and doesn't damage the paint, so it's good fun. We also turn all the lights and sirens on in their trucks, but you can't quite do that with a civilian car.

Get a big zip tie and put it around thier drive shaft. When they drive a way it make an awful racket when they stop it stops.

guy at the fire department had a 2wd truck...he'd always brag about how capable it was (even though I'd drive up on him stuck in a ditch in winter). We took the driveshaft completely out of it and put it in the bed one night when he slept at the station. Just make sure you put stops in front of and behind the wheels if you do that.

man....we GOTTA keep this thread going...hm...what do i know...

cross the spark plug wires

detach a vacuum hose

hm...

AH, TAPE ON THE LISENCE PLATE. that's always a good one. they'll get pulled over and the cop will just tell them that they're plate's covered. big time waster.

once my boss's boyfriend came into the garage to get his car worked on. he had an "Abort Bush" bumper sticker in the rear window. So we went into the office and printed out (with the same font and colorscheme) the word "Babies" and replaced it on the bumper sticker. that was a riot....hahaha....abort babies....classic. he didn't notice it for about 3 weeks, and was wondering why he kept getting dirty looks and people honking at him.

to all the suggestions including getting into the car, we live in the city(Philadelphia), no one in their right mind leaves their car unlocked.
