Oil leak

It seems that i have push the subie too far. now i have a oil leak on top on the engine.

headgasket perhaps? the leak is located on the left of the head. where the gasket sits. i check today and found a almost a tiny puddle there lol. its been like that ever since i got the car, but not like this.

any comments on this?

my 97 2.5 GT also has fluid located near the headgasket behind the p/s pump,i thought it was p/s fluid though (im hoping) seen as how my resevior appears to leak a little.sorry i cant help.

Oil neck? (The tube that goes down into the crank case)

Headgasket leaking wouldn't be visible on the top of the engine, it would be in the anti-freeze. It could be a valve cover gasket, but that oil usually drops and gets burned.

i can get a pic from my phone. but i not sure how to upload it onto my computer.

and its not the neck of the oil where the oil goes in the engine.

its on the left side where the head meets the block. right under the intake manifold behind the Powersteering pump. and its not antifreeze, its brown and smells like oil, must be oil.
