92 Legacy Turbo into 93 Legacy 2.2

So what exactly will i need to install from the parts i picked up?

The main differences between the models:
Turbo(Obviously)
SOHC to DOHC
AC
Cruisecontrol
4AT to 5MT

I picked the donorcar clean except for some interior pieces and fueltank. But what can be re-used of the original 2.2 bits.
Can i use the original harness or do i have to swap the entire thing with the turbo one along with the ECU?
Are Subaru's usually pre-wired for AC?
How will the Cruisecontrol work with the swap? It was original on the EJ22/4AT in the car.

Are inspection laws more lenient there? That'd rarely pass inspection here in california, with the older than chassis motor. I'd hate to do all that work, then get de-reg'd by a sharpeyed smog man.

They don't care about that, as long as the engine is from the same chassis type or model it's fine.
And i don't care because it's Turbo, has about 30000km less on the clock and is a more efficient engine.
