Hello, I have been wanting to lower my car and I am not sure what is the best way. My friend told me coilovers but I have trouble finding ones which would fit. I am considering H&R Sport Lowering Springs. If you have any tips or advice, please let me know. Thanks!

Depends on how low and stiff you want your car to be...

I'm not looking for a slammed look, I just want it to be lower in general. Like an inch away from my tires ("18 rims).

Hey bud, this is what you need to look at, then make a choice based on what will fit.

If you have any further questions, I'll help with what I can, but I'm 2nd gen all the way. I know nothing of the 2000-2004 legacies.
I can tell you that the H&Rs seem to be spoken of highly around here. If you're looking at coilovers, get ready to drop some cash for a good set. Racelands can be had for ~$500 a set, and from what I've heard from my local club and various forums, they have really come around to be a viable option for coilovers if you don't mind giving up variable damping rates.

I have some H&R's in mind on Amazon, they seller says they will fit for sure so it's an option! Thanks for the reassurance.

How much would you sell them for?
