Now, I don't need the best money can buy, as a pretty good system would most likely be half the price. But, I want to get the projector headlights, then mod in the HID's. what are my options with this?

well you just missed a group buy over on hidplant, a decent beginner kit to use your halogens would have run you 350 before the 25% off. If you think youre retrofitting jdm projectors for under 4 you need to do some more reading.

Really? So you're saying that I can't buy these to fit into a set of JDM Projector Headlights: http://www.ebay.ca/itm/High-Quality-HID-Conversion-Kit-Slim-Low-Profile-Metal-Waterproof-Cars-and-Truck-/171060957943?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item27d40712f7&vxp=mtr&_uhb=1

you can do whatever you want, but again if you think you should be spending $35 shipped for an hid kit then you should read up some more.

I thought he was retrofitting the Japanese lights he bought and putting new lenses, haven't seen the thread since he buffed them out and discovered the crazing, thanks though ct.
