Looking for a floor mat holder

I've been keeping an eye on ebay and some other sites for this tiny piece but so far I haven't had any luck. Would anyone know where I can order this? Anyone have an extra?

I know this is basically unnecessary because the mats don't really slip but it's certainly annoying to look down and see a broken piece of plastic every time I open my trunk or gas cap.
