I have a 2005 LGT wagon 5MT with 76k

Clutch, FW, TOB all replaced about 8 months ago at a reputable shop.

Car drives perfect, clutch feels fine. If the windows were up, I wouldn't notice anything, but it's summer and...

I am hearing this chirping sound when going over bumps. It also happens when I let off the clutch without a good amount of gas. Sounds like it's coming from the drivers side, up front.

There is also a steady whine on the highway when my wheel is turned slightly to the left. Straight wheel, no whine.

Any ideas?

Unfortunately there are a lot of things in the front end that can cause a chirp, I would start by getting it in the air and doing a basic suspension inspection and go from there. Maybe spray some penetrating lubricant into the sway bar bushings and control arm bushings. I know 05+ control arm bushings are more prone to failure than the older ones. If that doesn't do it I'd consider paying an alignment shop to do a diag.
