cigarette outlet and cruise control fail...

so my jack@ss roommate went to grab my car from a girls house while i was away. He got a spare key out of my room but no fob. He pulled the door lock fuse to reset the security so he could start the car and drive it.

Some thing happened to where whatever he did, the cigarette lighter outlet and the cruise control cease to work. Ive checked every fuse and cannot figure out why the hell both of these stopped working. And input would be greatly appreciated

The security system has it's own fuses that part of the security system's rat's nest of wiring up under the dash above the dead pedal. I'd check those too.

I'd pull one wire out of his game console so he has just as much fun trying to locate the issue as you do with the car
