I have 2 sets of pads, current ones are Performance Friction and they do provide the best braking I ever had but they are a little noisy when hot. I want to install my other set for summer (while windows are lowered way more often) and may be keeping the noisy/best set for winter (when the windows are 'always' up) and where great braking under snow is the best thing in the world!

But one pad has a slight crack on it. Only one out of 8 so I'd like to know the chances of this been a problem. It's very easy to switch pad on Brembo but I'd like some inputs regarding this b4 I try to switch them.

Here is pictures of that pad, the crack seems to be only on the surface, less than a millimeter deep:

They have a lot of life remaining so I'm asking!

You guys let me know what you think, thanks.

I would'nt reuse it. I'm surprise it didn't come with a slit on the pads, which might of prevented the cracks

I wouldn't put the cracked pad on. U don't know if it'll continue cracking deeper or even crack down so far that it breaks off the bonding of the pad and then UR screwed when braking.

As much as I like going fast I also like to be able to slow down/ stop. Not only for UR own safety but for others on the road u share with as well
