I bought a set of tires for my '91 FWD L sedan that has alloy wheels that I swapped over from my '91 AWD wagon-The sedan takes 175/70R14-which is what I got to replace the 185/70R14-the same size I'm running on the wagon with steel wheels. So-should I get 185 for the alloys-I do belive that was stock for those rims or stick with the 175, whick is stock for the car?

Check in the door jamb, or in the owners manual to see what the stock size should be. If memor serves it should be 185/70r14.

you're not going to notice a difference if that's what you're asking.

I guess I just don't want to run a smaller whith tire on a rim that was meant to take a 185

You can usually run 10mm over or under without worrying about rim width generally
